❌ What We Don’t Accept
To keep our inventory high-quality, we do not accept:
- Damaged, moldy, or water-damaged items
- Incomplete items (missing pieces, manuals, etc.)
- VHS tapes or burned discs
- Outdated software
- Magazines or newspapers
- Outdated textbooks (unless rare or collectible)
💳 Store Credit Details
- All trade-ins are offered in-store credit only
- Store credit never expires
- Credit can be used on any in-store purchase
- We do not offer cash payouts
- Trade-in values are based on:
- Item condition
- Customer demand
- Current inventory levels
- All trade-ins are subject to staff approval

- Bring your items into the store during business hours (no appointment needed)
- Our team will review your items while you browse
- Once complete, you’ll receive your store credit at the counter

- Limit large drop-offs to 2–3 boxes per visit to help us serve you faster
